At 8:30 in the morning of April 10, 2017, the temperature in Shenyang is suitable and the sun is shining today. The peach blossoms in front of the company are in full bloom, and the trees sprout new buds. Everywhere is thriving. In front of the flag stand of the office building, more than 100 management staff of Shenyang Hongqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. stood neatly to attend the April morning meeting of the company.
Accompanied by the solemn national anthem, the three standard bearers raised the five-star red flag, and all stood and paid their attention.
Senior Quality Director Zhang Tiejie led the reciting of Fosun’s elite oaths vigorously. The eight new colleagues who joined in March introduced themselves to the stage one by one. Everyone welcomed the new forces with warm applause.
Chief Financial Officer Wang Minggang notified all operating indicators for the first quarter, which were completed well, revenue and experience grew rapidly year-on-year, and budget control was in line with the plan.
Yang Lu, director of the third workshop, introduced the recent progress of the third phase of the project. Work on engineering construction, equipment procurement, and administrative approvals is progressing intensively, and software work is proceeding simultaneously. The packaging material conversion is undergoing a version change, and the environmental impact assessment and occupational health report have been completed. All colleagues of the third-phase project team are full of confidence in completing the project on time and with good quality.
Li Shaowei, general manager of the sales department, introduced the self-operated sales team and business. At present, there are 37 team members. The self-operated business in the first quarter increased by 110% year-on-year. In the second quarter, tasks have been assigned, and the entire team is struggling for it.
Finally, Tong Guang, Executive Vice President, made a concluding speech. First of all, we welcome Fosun Pharma's Director Zhang Xinting and Jinzhou Aohong Pharmaceutical's Assistant President Wang Desheng to come to Hongqi to guide our work. He then pointed out that, first, a quarter of this year has passed, and the company's sales and net profit have all exceeded the budget, and the business has started well. The company’s various market brand activities are being carried out normally, participating in the 2017 World Tuberculosis Day activities and the Taishan Conference, and the double-thousand event logos are launched. Rifampicin II clinical research is initiated and the drug consistency evaluation project is also under normal tension. BD work is also continuing. . These strategic and developmental activities are all proceeding in an orderly manner, and we should have full confidence in the future of Hongqi. Second, 2017 is the most arduous year for Hongqi Pharmaceuticals. Our third phase of the project must overcome various difficulties and withstand the pressure to complete the project on time before it is possible to pass the GMP certification in September; the production system must be completed by August Production tasks throughout the year. We will also implement the SAP information system in accordance with Fosun Pharma’s unified deployment, involving financial, HR, marketing, procurement, production, quality, equipment, engineering, and R&D systems, which will surely promote the company’s informatization to a new level; To accept the EHS audit of Fosun High-Tech Group also requires our EHS management to be more in-depth and comprehensive. All these are challenges, and we must be prepared to overcome difficulties and deal with them meticulously. Third, regarding team building and culture: Eliminate departmental island mentality and promote the efficiency of internal collaboration. The high efficiency brought about by collaboration must be a competitive advantage. It is what managers and employees should do to share and assist our colleagues and brother departments. Less blaming others for mistakes, mistakes, and omissions, and ask yourself more about how to make colleagues and brothers. Departments are doing better; as a support service and supervisory department, it’s okay to say less, and say more about how to do it. Be a constructive communicator and facilitator, and transform "my department" into "my organization" in mentality. This challenges the leadership of our middle and senior managers, and we must continue to improve.
