Rare seaman: a home that can stand alone
Uncle Liang, a tuberculosis patient living in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, was an iron man who rode the wind and waves when he was young. He wandered on the promontory of the world for a long time. Now he has returned to his homeland and suffered more and more bitter winds and waves than the sea. Dilemma.
The original family of four was harmonious, but the wife and daughter suffered from mental illness one after another. The wife was too stubborn and refused to be treated, and the daughter could only take care of herself for part of her life. The wife and daughter were turned away from anyone except Uncle Liang, even doctors and community workers could not approach and care about them. The young son, who has been living alone after marriage, rarely cares about the situation at home. The burden of life rests on Mr. Liang's fourth-degree disabled body who has been suffering from diabetes for many years and has not been treated properly. The meager subsistence allowance and the small amount of money from picking up rubbish and reselling have become all the income to maintain the family.
The place where Uncle Liang's family lives is dark and dark, and the house is full of garbage. Due to the strong resistance of his wife and daughter, all the members could only sympathize with Uncle Liang outside the door and learn about the current situation of his family.
Starting from September 2016, Mr. Liang experienced obvious cough and shortness of breath, and was unable to work. Later, he went to the Zhaoqing Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Institute for treatment. After a thorough examination, he was diagnosed with tuberculosis. Mr. Liang once refused treatment for fear that it would make this home that was already swaying in the wind and rain even worse. After many visits by doctors and supervisors from the Municipal Jiefang Station and the Community Service Center, and patiently explaining the knowledge of the disease and related medical insurance policies, Mr. Liang finally agreed to receive treatment. After the supervisor learned about Mr. Liang’s plight at home from the doctors in the community service center, he paid more attention to his standardized treatment and actively helped the patient complete the entire treatment.

Vice Chairman Zhong Qiu explained to Uncle Liang the specific situation of the "Double Thousand Action" for TB poverty relief. Deputy Director Zhang Jianhui offered 1,000 yuan in relief funds and aid materials, and Director Xie Yongping asked about Uncle Liang's current physical condition. , And asked him to return for regular checkups and so on...
Despite the limited amount of assistance this time, Uncle Liang was deeply moved by the concern and condolences from different levels and organizations. When I heard Director Xie Yongping said, "Take care of your body, come to our defense center if you feel uncomfortable or difficult," Uncle Liang finally resisted the tears of excitement.
