Under the guidance of the Hongqi Pharmaceutical Party Organization and the vigorous cooperation of the Administration Department, the Hongqi Pharmaceutical Labor Union has successively launched a series of employee care activities at the beginning of 2020. In this cold winter, Hongqi Pharmaceutical employees feel the warmth of spring.
Action 1: Send care on New Year's Eve
On the eve of Chinese New Year's Eve, the Hongqi Pharmaceutical Labor Union visited the front-line employees at the grassroots level to solve the urgent needs in the lives of the needy employees at the grassroots level, and offered condolences to the front-line employees on duty on New Year's Eve.
The union condolences team sent grain and oil and other consolation materials to the home of every destitute employee, talked cordially with the employees, asked about their work and life conditions, encouraged them to invigorate, strengthen their confidence, overcome temporary difficulties, and strive to create a beautiful new life, hoping to struggle for a long time. The front-line employees can continue to promote the spirit of love and dedication, hard work and enterprising, and contribute to the national tuberculosis drug supply. The cordial greetings and the sentimental blessings made the majority of employees truly feel the warmth of the "caring person" of the company's labor union.
Action 2: During the COVID-19 period, the district labor union will conduct drone disinfection, disinfection channels, and material protection for epidemic prevention and control in the plant area.
The 2020 new crown pneumonia epidemic affects the hearts of people across the country and even the world. The epidemic is ruthless and people are affectionate, and the Shenyang High-tech Zone and Hunnan District Federation of Trade Unions actively carry out the prevention and control of the epidemic in enterprises. On the morning of February 20th, the trade union coordinated with enterprises in the area to carry out drone disinfection work for Hongqi Pharmaceutical to resume work and resume production.
Hou Yingwei, chairman of the Hongqi Pharmaceutical Labor Union, received and coordinated with the ministers of Shenyang Wuyuan Technology, the district labor union, Zhang Xiaohang, and Shang Hai, and completed the disinfection of the drones in the factory. On behalf of the company, Deputy General Manager Tong Guang expressed his sincere gratitude to the district labor union leaders and colleagues for their help.
On February 25th, we coordinated with the District Federation of Trade Unions to install disinfection channels to help the company resume work and resume production, and bring care and health to employees.
The resumption of work and the epidemic are both correct, and all employees act for health. The company resumed work in an orderly manner, and the labor union immediately rushed to purchase safeguard materials for employees, such as masks, forehead thermometers, disposable plastic bags, etc., and provided free haircut services for employees during the epidemic.
Fight against the epidemic, you and I will walk together, the Red Flag people are united, united, passionately produced, and fighting for the Year of the Horse and the Rat!
