To the hard-working red flag marketing fellow travelers

Dear marketing students：

In the marketing battle filled with gunpowder, you are indomitable; in the battle of gunfire, you are fighting for the first; in the stalemate battle, you are not giving way. Almost every marketer has seen the night sky struggling until the wee hours. Thank you, for your dream, day and night, time with your family has become a luxury, Red Flag marketers, we have all seen your dedication and perseverance! There are no easy results, no easy achievements, thank you, thank yourself, marketing iron army!

Change | Breakthrough

In recent years, drug access policies have broken the market pattern, new drug habits require new models, and the price reduction effect of centralized procurement has brought fundamental changes in the pharmaceutical market, from R&D to production, from hospitals to pharmacies, from generic drugs to Innovative drugs have all been greatly affected.

As the company's key products have entered the country's centralized procurement, although the market share has been maintained, the company's overall profit has fallen sharply, bearing the huge pressure of both sales and profit decline. In this special period, Hongqi marketing officers, your body and mind are facing tremendous challenges every day. Some sales models are forced to change, and you are confused about how to sell in the future; after all products are collected, can new products be supplemented in time? There is also the discomfort of jumping out of the "comfort zone". Not everyone can persist in this test. Some students even have the idea of abandoning themselves.

In the early days of the Chinese revolution, in the face of a powerful enemy attack, "Can the red flag still be beaten?" This pessimism filled the revolutionary team of our party, which is similar to the current mood of the red flag marketing team. Chairman Mao used "a single spark can start a prairie fire" criticizing the "right" opportunists who existed in the party at that time, and he also answered our confusion across time and space. Marketing students, when everything is extremely difficult, those who can get through are the heroes. At present, opportunities and challenges coexist, and difficulties and development coexist. Faced with the threat of the external harsh market environment and the communication barriers of various internal lines, how do we deal with internal and external threats and changes? Seek change and breakthrough!

The mountain is not me|I go to the mountain

In 2021, Hongqi's sales target is 480 million yuan. The sales of 480 million yuan is the "mountain" that red flag marketers must reach. The goal is set, and the only way to reach it is to wear the stars and the moon, rain or shine.

Red flag chasing dreams|You and I are together

People are ups and downs with time, and only in pressure and adversity can they show their true strength. The ancients said: "Things come to conform, the future will not welcome, then there is no miscellaneous, neither in love nor in love." In the future, we will meet the difficulties in life and work with an unobstructed mentality. We will not worry about market and policy changes, concentrate on completing the tasks at hand, seize opportunities, not be confined to experience, not to follow conventions, and to control a better future with the company.

In 2021, wish Hongqi marketers have dreams in their hearts and light in their eyes. Because I believe, I see that although the road is far away, the journey will come! Finally, please always keep in mind our corporate elite oath: "Facing challenges, we must go all out to create miracles in life, be grateful to others, restrain ourselves, do our best to things, and cherish things."
