General Manager’s Work Report
General Manager Liu Wei provided a comprehensive review and summary of the company’s achievements and challenges in 2023. Amid a complex and volatile macroeconomic environment, all members of the Hongqi team remained firmly aligned with the company’s established strategic objectives, focused on core areas, and advanced all initiatives with steady progress. Mr. Liu highlighted the key successes across each business segment while also clearly identifying existing pain points, urging everyone to draw lessons and build on their experience. He then outlined the company’s operational targets and work plan for 2024, offering an in-depth analysis of the critical issues requiring breakthroughs and the corresponding solutions, thereby setting a clear direction for the year ahead. Finally, Mr. Liu called on all employees to unite in purpose, pool resources, stay committed to the strategy, and move forward steadily yet swiftly—ensuring that the 60-year-old Hongqi brand renews its vitality and soars once again.

The forum session was chaired by Liu Yaxia, Director of BD, who invited the guests to share their plans for the new year. The event also featured a live Q&A segment, during which attendees engaged in discussions with the speakers to address challenges they face in their work.
Remarks by the Co-Chairmen
Co‑Chairman Xiong Yingxin shared his many years of management experience, emphasizing the importance of identifying pain points and key issues in our work and addressing core contradictions through top‑level design. Everyone must embrace a mindset of change, and all of the company’s management teams should resolutely explore and implement innovative solutions. He highlighted the Group’s strategic objective of platform integration, emphasizing that this approach will help improve operational efficiency, bolster risk resilience, and enhance profitability.
