　　On April 27, 2017, the second meeting of the seventh board of directors of Shenyang Hongqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongqi Pharmaceutical) was held in the conference room of the headquarters of Fosun Pharma. All directors attended the meeting. Supervisors and some senior executives of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Wu Yifang. The participating directors carefully considered the relevant proposals submitted.
　　The meeting reviewed and approved twelve items including "Hongqi Pharmaceutical 2016 Annual Work Report", "2016 Financial Final Accounts and 2017 Financial Budget Report".
　　On behalf of the board of directors, Chairman Wu Yifang affirmed the operating performance of Hongqi Pharmaceutical in 2016 and expressed gratitude to all employees of Hongqi for their hard work.
