Medical institutions are an important part of the tuberculosis prevention and control system and play a vital role in tuberculosis prevention and control work. In recent years, medical institutions at all levels, especially designated medical institutions, have continuously improved public health awareness and multi-sectoral cooperation awareness, and have made outstanding contributions to tuberculosis prevention and control. However, the author has also found many problems and deficiencies in the supervision of medical institutions on many occasions. It is recommended that the following five aspects should be emphasized in the prevention and control of tuberculosis.
