The mechanism of chlorophyllin raising white blood cells is believed to be mainly by improving the excitability of sympathetic nerves and releasing neutrophils from the bone marrow with the participation of the liver's adrenal function. Animal experiments have confirmed that chlorophyll can not only improve the red blood cells, hemoglobin, blood cells, platelets and other indicators in the peripheral blood picture of aplastic anemia mice caused by irradiation, but also have an effect on pluripotent stem cells (CFU-S) and granule-monoprogenitor cells in the bone marrow of mice.
