The third-phase solid preparation workshop construction project is a project of great significance to the company's development. The planned construction area of this project is 7,294 square meters. Build 4 production lines and 4 packaging lines. According to the new version of GMP, WHO GMP and cGMP standards, a new solid preparation workshop was built, with a construction area of 7,294 square meters (including transit warehouses). After completion, the solid preparation workshop will mainly produce FDC tablets, ordinary tablets and capsules, and liquid capsules. At the same time, the existing Phase I and Phase II warehouses will be re-planned. At present, the Phase I storage part is planned to be built into a finished preparation warehouse, and the Phase II storage part is planned as a warehouse for pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical companies in accordance with existing standards. The east side of the first floor of the original workshop was transformed into a QC laboratory with an area of 1,100 square meters, and the east side of the second floor was transformed into a research and development center with an area of 1,000 square meters. After the project reaches production, the production capacity will be 2.6 billion tablets, 1.8 billion capsules, and 1 million combination medicines. After the completion of this project, the company's production scale will be further expanded, and the product technology and quality level will also be greatly improved. The company can not only meet the needs of the World Health Organization and the National Health and Family Planning Commission for the use of drugs for the control of tuberculosis projects and the domestic market for anti-tuberculosis drugs, but also It can further enhance the international market competitiveness of anti-tuberculosis drugs and expand the company's international and domestic market share of anti-tuberculosis drugs.
