Our third phase of the project must overcome various difficulties and withstand the pressure to complete the project on time before it is possible to pass the GMP certification in September; the production system must be completed by August Production tasks throughout the year. We will also implement the SAP information system in accordance with Fosun Pharma’s unified deployment, involving financial, HR, marketing, procurement, production, quality, equipment, engineering, and R&D systems, which will surely promote the company’s informatization to a new level; To accept the EHS audit of Fosun High-Tech Group also requires our EHS management to be more in-depth and comprehensive. All these are challenges, and we must be prepared to overcome difficulties and deal with them meticulously. Third, regarding team building and culture: Eliminate departmental island mentality and promote the efficiency of internal collaboration.
