From November 16th to 18th, Mr. Su Xiangdong from the EHSQ Supervision Department of Fosun Group led an expert team to conduct a three-day EHS system audit on Hongqi Pharmaceutical. The company’s chairman Mr. Yang Bo, general manager Ms. Liu Wei, chief engineer Mr. Li Xingyuan and all middle and senior management personnel attended the first audit meeting. Chairman Yang Bo introduced the development of Hongqi Pharmaceutical in recent years and the efforts and achievements made in EHS Yin Hongye, director of the EHS Management Department, reported to the audit team the operation of the EHS system from 2017 to 2021.

    During the three-day intensive audit process, the audit team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Hongqi Pharmaceutical’s EHS management system, environment, safety, occupational health, and fire protection through production site audits, document audits, employee interviews, and executive interviews.

The audit team highly recognized Hongqi Pharmaceutical's efforts and improvement in EHS management in recent years:

Ø Enterprises improve EHS from the design side, such as dust treatment of weighing and feeding, material closed transfer, energy-saving design, etc.;
Ø The enterprise uses lean methods to solve the remaining problems of safety and environmental protection and obtain huge benefits;
Ø On the basis of the original environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification, it has completed the energy management system certification, the second round of clean production audit, and obtained the title of provincial green factory. The application of national green factory is under review;
Ø Affirm the company's leadership building, team awareness, learning awareness, and the positive and enterprising spirit of the new team.
At the same time, the audit also pointed out the shortcomings in the operation of Hongqi Pharmaceutical's EHS system.

    At the last meeting, Mr. Yang Bo, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his gratitude to the Fosun Group’s expert team for the three-day careful review and asked the EHS Management Department and various departments to humbly learn advanced working methods and EHS management concepts from the expert team and integrate into the EHS of Hongqi Pharmaceutical System management, one step at a time, promotes the continuous improvement of Hongqi Pharmaceutical's EHS system.
